Right behind you
John (boozehoud) Boehner announced the Republican Grand Plan "Pledge to America" today.

It is such a stinking pile of shit that even his fellow Republicans hate it -

"This is the most fiscally irresponsible document ever offered by the GOP," blogger and columnist Andrew Sullivan wrote Thursday.

Other conservative bloggers called it "milquetoast" and "smoke and mirrors."

The Congressional Budget Office said in August that the federal budget deficit will grow by $6.2 trillion through 2020. Extending all of the tax cuts enacted in 2001 and 2003, as the GOP proposal calls for, would reduce government revenue by an additional $3.1 trillion, according to the non-partisan Pew Fiscal Analysis Initiative.

The GOP proposal also does not promise to end earmarks, as some Republicans and Democrats have suggested, nor does it propose a balanced budget constitutional amendment.

RedState's Erick Erickson fired a classic broadside Wednesday night, calling it "Perhaps the most ridiculous thing to come out of Washington since George McClellan,"

Teabagger Sharron Angle chipped in her idea "privatize Veterans medical benefits".

That put the final flush on Sharron Turd's chances.
