I obviously know nothing about the cost of software and the sorts, but how much trouble would it be to add a pick tracker of some sort to the site? Again I have'nt a clue and would only assume it would'nt be a good ROI for ya jack since ya have'nt done it, but it would be pretty funny to see a lot of guys actually have to show a track record.

I created a pool to use but with my travel schedule it hasn't been updated to reflect this years schedule.
We call it vaporware in the IT world... it's on the horizon and you can see it but...
who knows when I'll get around to the task of setting it up.
Maybe buy a module for the site...
