Good old Bus up to his old tricks again.

He secretly controls the NFL...or so he thinks.

I understand his past, but who wouldnt want him based on the last 5 years:shrug: A deep threat that forces help from safties which opens up the middle, what am I missing?

He's a Cancer on any team. It's all about Randy and no one else! Brett will even tire of his actions.

This team is doomed! 7-9 at best :0008

You cant base that on his time with N.E.

If he was an asset he wouldn't be moving......I've been watching his show since his time in Minny......When things are good Randy's the man. When he doesn't feel the luv he's just another over priced whine ass!

Bretts already showing he shouldn't have come back, Randy is old and unloved.........This team is doomed :sadwave:

I'm just glad Dallas isn't picking him up.
Like someone said earlier, when he is happy he is awesome, but otherwise he's a cancer.
The only reason we haven't heard him crying like a little bitch the last few years is most of the time he was happy.
a few bad games as a viking and they will regret it big time.
Sorry to see it, I would like to see them do well.

Where it is real F ing COLD
My question to this board is..Assuming Randy Moss becomes a Viking...

Do you think the Vikings were doomed this year before the move?? I felt that it was on the fence but now with Moss I think they are definite contenders again. Lets face the Facts.. With Moss they are no less than 2 - 1. The defense has played AMAZING thus far this year and look really good with 2 of their top 3 corners returning to action last game.. Look the Vikings offense is in totoal disarray. The move only makes Favre better, it opens up Shiancoe, and teams can't stack the box so AP may explode.

Face the facts, this is Favre's last year and they sure as hell are not winning next year withh Jackson. The Moss move gives them a shot this year in an otherwise fading year already.. Maybe time for me to pull out my Moss jerseys again.. I hope this deal goes through..

THIS. ABSOLUTELY THIS.

I was happy Moss left at that time, but to think he'll somehow make this team worse this season is ludicrous. Going up against the Jets (maybe with Revis) on Monday night? The Cowboys the following week? Green Bay after that? Then a trip TO New England? Are you kidding me? You think he will not be motivated for that stretch, playing for a new contract?

Sidney Rice hopefully coming back hopefully healthy in week 7. Rice on one side, Moss on the other. Harvin in the slot. Shiancoe roaming the middle. A guy named Peterson in the backfield. Favre immediately rejuvenated because of the deal. And with a defense that is now healthy and arguably among the top 5 in the league. Excellent punter and field goal kicker.

How good is that? Pretty damn good, and without Moss, they probably lose at least two, and perhaps all four of the upcoming games, simply because of no outside deep threat. With him, EVERYTHING just got better.

I'm not stupid, I realize he doesn't make them unbeatable, especially in the upcoming murderous stretch. Far from it. But it makes them offensively difficult to defend, and that makes them a real shot at winning every game.

This is a great thing FOR THIS YEAR, for the Vikings and the fans. Who cares after that? Seriously.

I think this could be really good for Minnesota if Randy wants it to be. This could be what was needed for the vikings to turn it around and make it happen this year.
Besides Dallas winning it all, I would hope that The Vikes do this year.

What a shocker, the Moss signing didn't work out well for the Vikes? :mj07:

Talent counts for something, obviously, but it's not everything. Never understood why the Vikes took that asshat back in the first place.
