because the shot clock was running down and when Paul penetrated Ariza was wide open on the wing for the 3? Pretty good reason IMO

why would they let the shot clock run down that far with a 1 point lead. guess the coach drew this play up to milk the shot clock and shoot a 3 pointer as they had pouring in 3's all night. before this one they were 3 for 13. just saying it looked like and should have been a winner just like w.mich and over should both have cash.
