I'm gonna take a stab at a contrarian point of view tonight. Boise State, by most 'expert' accounts is not going to get a title shot even if they win their last few games by a million. SOS is their biggest downfall and no margin of victory will help that.
I have to think this realization is reaching the players. Is it motivating to blow out the remaining teams on your schedule to end up in a non-BCS bowl?? I don't think so. Also, they have much tougher contests coming up the next 2 weeks in Fresno St. and Nevada. They'll be looking to just get through this game with a W and injury-free.
This sets up well for Idaho. They are a bad team and are gonna struggle to get to 6 wins. However, they will be jacked up for this game. Oh, and they are backed by 16,000 Vandal fans (smallest capacity in Division 1). :facepalm:
