Miami -5 over Rutgers ***
Like the Canes even though they are playing in the RAC.RU has Miller who is their best player at 6'7.Gds are avg with Beatty surprising some with his play.Post defense and offense will be their problems this yr.They lost to Princeton in OT and manhandled fairfield.Neither of those teams had the frontline of Miami.Canes have two solid gds in Scott and Grant.Both can handle the pressure RU will throw at them today.The big problem is inside.Jones is a 6'7 g/fd type and Kirk is 6'9.Johnson is the 6'9 300 pound battleship that will control the bds.Heath will pound it inside all day.Canes lost a tough one to Memphis the other night and were leading with 2 minutes to go up by 4 with the ball.They ended up losing by 4....Canes are athletic,can score and much quicker then the Nites.RU has very little depth esp their front court players..Canes should win this by 10-12 pts....
