St. Peter's +12 for 2.5* - Early game and not sure Bama will come ready for a 7th place game and win the game big. St. Peter's gave Old Dominion trouble so they can rise up to better competition. I consider Bama a worse team than ODU and Bama's best player is probably Releford and he's just a freshman. Not a lot of talent for the Tide right now.

Kansas State -5 for 5* - Sprint Center should be filled and be rocking tonight. Sure KSU could be peeking ahead to their matchup with Duke, but Gonzaga's biggest weakness is rebounding and this is one of Kansas State's strengths. Add in the fact Curtis Kelly returns and I like the Cats to win by a few buckets.

Wichita State +3 (-120) for 4* - Kemba Walker scares me as he just went for 42 against Vermont. He's a legitimate 1st round pick for UConn althought some question his height. However, the Huskies don't have much after him and I have to think the Shockers have a great chance at winning this game as they have more experience and a better overall team. Oddsmakers opened the line at 1.5 knowing the squares & public would hammer UConn. I'll take my chances with a Wichita State club predicted to win the Mo Valley vs. a UConn team that might not make the tourney again.

Duke -11 (-120) for 4.5* - While Marquette has some nice guards, they don't have much in the frontcourt and Duke should be able to exploit this weakness. Duke has been absolutely crushing teams and I think this game will be close at times, but Duke will have that one big run that enables them to win by 15 to 20 points.

Long Beach State ML (+110) 2.5 for 2.75* - Iowa isn't very athletic and if LBeach decides to guard people, they should win... this is a big if!

Belmont -14 for 2.5* - Go against Marist and you'll make money. This team sucks!

Clemson -3 for 3.5* - Tigers have a solid backcourt and Seton Hall is hurting with their best player out. I think the Tigers take this game by 6 or 7 points.

Xavier +3 for 4* - Love the X-men's backcourt duo and think they win, but will take the points for insurace.

Kentucky -13 (-120) for 4* - Sooners don't have much after Cade Davis and Pledger... Wildcats should win by 20 if they come focused.

Virginia +13 for 3* - Small play, but I see the Cavs slowing down the pace and making this game a grinder... it's their only shot at keeping this game close.
