Doesn't it have to impact Boise tonight. I already liked Nevada, but an Auburn win would make me feel even stronger about it.

Sun, if anything it makes it even more important for Boise to win and win even bigger. Makes me like my Boise play even more.
If Auburn wins Boise is dead for the title. I guess they would be fighting for the Rose Bowl, but if they started the day -much less at halftime of this game - with that as a goal something is terribly wrong with them.
I have always felt conference superiority arguments were dumb since rarional people root for teams not conferences. That said I have always found it funny coming from you, whose team is the only PAC 10 team to never play in the Rose Bowl, to trash other schools and conferences.
Ocean I guess it's possible but emotionally that I doubt is Blises mindset. The thought was today was their day.
Boise is not dead for the title with Auburn's win today. Auburn still has to play So. Carolina. Oregon still has to play Oregon State. If Auburn should lose next week and Boise wins tonight, Boise will most likely go to the NC game. Oregon will most likely easily beat Oregon State, but nothing is decided until all of the games are played. Boise will not take their foot off of the gas pedal regardless and will cover the 14 tonight.

I think Boise should be in the NC game regardless against Oregon, Auburn should be left out like a few years ago in 2004 I think, thats the only way we even get close to a playoff system:shrug:
You think the team that has played by far the toughest schedule of the three should be left out?

in the end, there is no debate if aub and ore just win next week.
Yeah if they both win it doesn't matter. Those rankings must be Sagarin to have Oregon at 19.
