Illini -1.5 for 3 units - thought they wouldn't be looking ahead in their last game (they usually play well at the United Center), but that is exactly what they did. Time for them to rebound in a big way against a good but overrated Mizzou club who has snuck into the Top 10.

9-0 run in the last 2 minutes of the first half for Mizzou and then they outscored the Illini by 13 in the final miute of the second half. Illini looked pretty good except for those 3 minutes. They are a solid club, but I'm starting to question whether they have the mental toughness to be as good as I thought they would at the start of the year.

I think you are right to question that piece. Buffalo in MAC was like that about 3-4 years ago. Good talent, good coaching, but no heart.

I really can't stand Webber as a coach and don't think the Illini have any good bigmen. The 7-1 kid plays like a girl and their rebounding is terible.

I was on the Illini big as well last night so I feel your pain.
