This past weekend, I saw a band that performed new wave music from the 80's and they were quite impressive. I stumbled across this ranking of the top 100 New Wave bands from the 80's on AOL music. My thoughts are how could you not have The Clash as one of the top 100, as IMO they should be in the top 10. Also, what about Billy Idol surely he was one of the top 100. I think the Police should be ranked number 1 since people forget they were a punk band before they sold out. Also, The Tubes are ranked way too low, how can they behind Falco (Rock me Amedeus)?
