Rutgers -9 over Peter ******
Think RU playing in the RAC should over power the St Pete.RU has Coburn at gd that is really playing good.Mitchell is a 6'7 gd that can score....Biruta the frosh is a dunking machine at 6'8...I think Miller is their best player at fd...Peter can't score..they avg 54 pts a game which ranks them about in the 300's.They are one of the worst FT% team shooting 57%...they are a poor rebounding team yet they are winning games...but against Binghamton,FDU,Manhattan,Loy Md,etc..they play Seton Hall and lost by 20.jenkins is one of the best gds in the MAAC and he's out with and injury tonite...Bacon is their top rebounder..he is out also tonite...Peter has no inside game at all.Leon their top gd has been in a funk....RU should have no problem with Peter tonite and should win by 15-20 pts...

Needed 9 to hit second half and got the 9. Rutgers free throw attempts were atrocious, luckily I made up for it second half.

Keeping coming Box, it will turn around.

Box, RUTGERS free throws hurt us bad.... by my math you were -13 stars yesterday and -6 today.

any idea how many stars you're up or down on the year thus far? I know you're gonna turn it around and start nailing it in conference, but ya gotta admit right now your an ICEBOX...better luck to ya..

O.A, if you are really counting you missed the minus 17 on Tues!!! But if you stay with the Box for the YEAR you will make money!!!There is a reason why Box isn't retired in Vegas...this is a brutal Hobby sometimes but I trust Boxes info and capping more than just about anyone on here....and yes I did play every one of his plays Wed....There has been many a night where he has SWEPT the Board!!! Hey even the Pats lost to the Browns...shit happens....this game isn't for the faint of heart....WHO we on Today BOX...Merry Christmas:toast: :toast:

i agree too fellas..HUGE RESPECT FOR BOX! he's one of the best..but just like when I give props for all the winners he provides gotta mention when he's cold as ice...I know come March he'll be way ahead of the game.. Happy Holidays y'all...

Your right people are smart enough, but it's good to note so peeps don't follow blindly and lose their ass..Good or bad it's all about the $$$...Box will get hot..

Wow....sorry for the terrible pick..I went back today and re-capped the game...its the same,.. I had Rutgers -8 and with Jenkins and Bacon out their top 2 scorers and rebounders I thought -9 was way to low....Peter just beat Binghamton by 5,FDU by 3 and Wagner by 1....LIU by 1...these guys are not strong teams...RU beat Miami by 15 and manhandled Fairfield probably the best MAAC team by 15...playing at home...looking at the box score...RU went to the foul line 27 times to 9 for Peter....RU shot 14-27 and Peter 5-9...Peter had 18 turnovers to RU's 9...rebounds were even...shooting % went to Peter..peter played tough defense and was leading most of the game....but that happens...in todays paper RU's coach talked about how flat they were vs Peter....they were lucky to win esp with jenkins and co out...but that happens all the time....I'm sorry when I lose but you can't capp somethings....Most of the players Peter has were not recruited by RU..the big BE school...players from small conf's can't wait to play teams like that..that is a recruiting tool to come to st peter..in 2 yrs we play Rutgers.Notre dame and go to vegas for a x-mas tourney....etc,etc..anyway I'm not making any excuses...a loss is a loss and I stink when it happens....have been cold ,hot and cold again....but I will keep shooting and hopefully more baskets fall in then miss..
hope everyone has a great X-mas...sorry for the poor capping...it will get batter...

Larry Bird Had some OFF nights but he would come back w/ a triple double....merry christmas and hope you get to see your grandkid this holiday season!!
