Vick, McCoy, Jackson + the others, I know the Eagles won't sit back and take a beating, but I would bench them and let them rest before the post begins.......

Wouldn't be surprised if 2nd comes out to play tonight.

Eagles Playoff Scenarios

The NFC East champion Eagles are assured of at least the NFC's No. 3 seed but still could secure a higher seeding and a first-round playoff bye.


The Eagles could clinch the No. 1 seed if they beat the Vikings on Tuesday and the Cowboys on Sunday AND the Falcons lose to the Panthers on Sunday AND the Bears lose to the Packers on Sunday.

The Eagles can clinch the No. 2 seed if they beat both the Vikings and the Cowboys AND the Bears lose to the Packers.

All other scenarios have the Eagles finishing with the No. 3 seed, which means they would host the No. 6 seed in the first round of the playoffs on Jan. 8 or 9. The No. 6 seed will be one of three teams: the Packers, Giants, or Buccaneers.

Don't over think this game too much.......Vikes may have some emotion early, but once they get down that will soon deflate. This team has given up weeks ago. Webb may get some early scrambles for some yards, but once Philly figures that out they will be in big trouble....especially if any TO's happen. The one thing that does concern me a little is AP back and assumed to be healthy. That guy can get off at anytime, but looking for Philly D to keep him in check enough for him not to be a huge concern......Also praying we don't see a Vick injury too. With him running around that could happen at anytime also. 38-13 Eagles!! GL guys!!

Are you serious? Yeah, they may want a bye (win) in the first round of the playoffs. Considering the Bears are a TD dog @ GB, they need to win the last 2 home games which should happen if they stay focused and they will get to rest a week after this short turnaround. I am expecting a full effort tonight from Philly.
