Just made a new tradition for our household.

Corned beef hash.

Carrots, Celery, Bell Pepper, Onion, Fresh Garlic, Red Cabbage, and diced corned beef in sautee pan -- salt, pepper, allspice, Old Bay. At the end, layer 3 thin sliced potatoes as a cover - salt & pepper again. Cover and keep on low heat for 30 minutes until potatoes are fork tender.

Side of black eyed peas.

I do my corned beef a little different...broil it in chicken broth with the new potatoes and carrots...then I pan saute the cabbage so it is nice and crisp :0074
