Have Positive thoughts, YYZ. I know you are a Packer fan.

Heck, it is 3-0 game. Still have a great chance to win. They may not win, but I'm certainly not going to give up on them at halftime, down by 3 points.

I agree.

Still, this is totally McCarthy's MO.

How 'bout playing football like you're NOT scared????

Hard to not play scared when you actually are.

And I'm sure they are scared.

There is only 1 other team in the NFL with a better point differential (NE). And yet they are fighting tooth and nail to get in the playoffs.

All those close losses have killed them (and the injuries, of course)

We'll still win.

I will say this - if Chicago has Cutler play more than 1 series in the 2nd half - in a meaningless game for Chicago....

Then GB needs to send a message and take a shot at Cutler. The Bears think there is no risk in playing their starters in a meaningless game - so you have to prove it to them that their IS a risk...

Lovie's trying to stick it to GB (successfully) so GB needs to stick it to Chicago for taking the risks they are by playing their starters.......

So you want them to take cheap shots because the Bears aren't rolling over and giving them the win?
How about going out there and play hard and WANT IT.

If Chicago wins, won't it keep Green Bay from making the playoffs? If Chicago doesn't want to face them again in the playoffs, then this game means alot to Chicago, right?

Game means a lot no matter what.
Packers have held the Bears to 3 points.
Vanilla offense has to open up now.

NO NO NO

NO NO NO

Don't say that! Cutler is our only hope. Have faith in his ability to throw intercepts. Keep him in the game at all costs.

BELIEVE. :toast:

Well, if GB doesn't make the playoffs, it means that the teams that did are much better, doesn't it?

So, isn't it somewhat immaterial if the Packers get in or not to the Bears?

I'm just saying the Bears are taking a huge risk playing their starters (and most, if not all, NFL teams do NOT take this risk). They feel that the Packers are no threat to injuring their starters. I'm saying the Packers should show the Bears why every other team sits their starters in this situation.

Not a cheap shot, per se... but if you get the chance to drill Cutler, you do .......

Exactly my thought. The Bears should want to knock the Packers out now.

That's what I said in the other thread.

I know the Pack is two faced.....but you don't want to take a chance on seeing the 45 point offense play you.

Yea, cuz the Packers played so well (with a better team) in the playoffs last year... getting bounced by a very average Arizona team.....
