well, that was quite the debacle in ny. i've disliked many of medvedev's antics over the years, but i wanted to throat-punch him tonight. he needs to face some repercussions for the shit he pulled. fucking egging on the crowd was bullshit.

that said, bonzi should have just gone ahead and served. or refused until the crowd actually shut up or were escorted out of the stadium. he did not help himself.

oh, and yes, of course i bet bonzi. and i'm not cashing out my ticket, even though i know i should while i can still take a profit. no way he comes back from that.

I absolutely love Medvedev, I love what he does on the court, he almost never "crosses the line" and this was yet another example of him being smart and getting the crowd on his side. He knew the let call was the right call, anyone that knows anything about tennis knows the umpire made the correct call. He deserves double the prize money for the genius move he pulled off, it was glorious to see what he did. As a former player I knew exactly what he was doing, man it was great to see.

Of course......none of that would have worked if Bonzi wasn't a giant bitch, there are chicks on the WTA Tour that would have handled that better. All the blame is on Bonzi, he acted like he was a 10 year old girl, just serve the fucking ball you dip-shit. How fucking dumb do you have to be to not just serve the ball. As every second past he made it worse for himself. To be a Top 75 player on the men's tour and be that mentally weak shocks the hell out of me.

Medvedev completely owned him, I'll say it again, glorious to see someone mentally fuck with somebodies head like that. Of course it should never have happened, just laugh at Medvedev, embrace the crowd and serve the ball. Bonzi should go put on a skirt and join the WTA Tour.

Even if you have never been to a tennis match in your life, hell, even if you have never been to a live sporting event in your life. With that said...I played a match once where this lady just walked behind me right by the baseline (I was serving) during a point. Yep, she just casually walked by completely oblivious to what was happening.
