    I see people(whose location is in the US) mention wagering at Pinnacle which no longer accepts US customers. How do you all get $ into your account?

    Now that Netteller is no longer available for US customers I am considering using Instadebit. Has anyone used them? They seem to be like Netteller which raises the question will they possible by shutdown or made unavailable to US customers? Thanks.
