    5dimes has lowered its max per Fedex withdrawal to $3000, with a $30 fee. Appears it no longer offers a free withdrawal every 30 days. Disappointing. Hey, books. Instead of making all these gaudy bonus offers, why don't you cut out the bs fees and artificially low withdrawal ceilings?
