Anybody here afraid to fly?

I booked my flight last night and i'm already losing sleep..I've flown about six times and every time it get's worse.Does anybody have any advice for me?Can i sneak some booze on or should i take a bunch of valium.I'm already considering dumping the ticket and driving 30hrs verses a 3.5hr...
