Go watch the body cam footage of the one police officer who didnt turn his cam off before entering Paddock's room at Mandalay Bay. I live just outside of Jaco, CR. The only casino I know of with a sportsbook here is Cocal Hotel/Casino in Jaco. The sports book there is run by Bookmaker.
