When betting tournament matchups for the 4 days between 2 players, what if one player does not make the cut and the other player makes the cut I’m assuming the player who makes the cut is the winner of the matchup? Or do both players have to make the cut or both not make the cut to declare a winner?

Ok just wanted to double check before I placed the wager. I thought that was the right answer but it’s been awhile since I placed a golf wager
No sir I was looking at matchups last nite and might dabble some this week in golf matchups .
And I’m open to any tips anyone might have.
I have some good success when i pull 3 stats for the course i think are required for success, find the matchup list, and then bet the ones where 3 stats favor the one golfer, if that makes sense. pretty easy in the pga tour app.
Remember this is "gambling" but these are the three stats ill use for any golf picks this weekend,

And of course one must place 875 different wagers on Scott Alexander Scheffler, that is guaranteed success. Even if he's not participating, it still works out.
