Tonight's Rangers@Blue Jays looks like a coin-toss at best, as the line implies. Too bad Jacob deGrom has had injury trouble the past few seasons as over the past decade or so, I can't remember a pitcher being so untouchable when he is on his game. Good overall season numbers but he's been giving up the deep ball most of the season, including 8 allowed over his past 5 starts (29 IP). Chris Bassitt is inconsistent but his numbers at home are considerably better than on the road. 7.5 is a tough total but--gun to head--I'd take the over.

===

I have a longstanding love affair with a certain track off this German band's lone release from 2007, Journey. That track--After the Flu--has been touted previously and was actually my main motivation to set up a youtube account, in order to make it available (of only 5 tracks, from 10 years ago, but hoping to reactivate said account shortly as youtube is missing many goodies).

The rest of the disc is decent but pales in comparison, imo. Paying respects anyways, with the two following. First is actually a Grateful Dead cover.

Rangers@Blue Jays babble. Is or was a good 600 games left in the season (40 games let for the 30 teams / 2), and I've had (another) goofy temptation to get into a joint gambling account with a fellow traveler; I am in need of distraction and he is in need of money, so opportunity knocking to again let somebody down. Anyways, I don't know what happened to Patrick Corbin, but I remember him having some promise when he entered with the Diamondbacks just over a decade ago. He's been grim and the Jays mojo looks hyper, right now. Rangers pen looks a mess, or sure did last night. Eric Lauer has been a pleasant surprise for the Jays this season. Rangers offense is surprisingly disappointing this year and they have suffered vs lefties. Got the Jays winning at a conservative 63% so maybe the runline covered some 43-45% of the time, here. Only a couple of minutes but line for Jays has moved from -156 to -171 and, more for my temptation, the runline from +133 to +125. Was going to hype my perceived value on the runline if it moved closer to +150--maybe even +140--but others bettors must have seen the same things. Over the 8.5 looks doable but pricey at -119. Jays over 4.5 at -124 looks necessary for the over to hit. 14 other games, I suppose. Beam me up, Scotty.

Outside of Jays bs and whatever Sheila has on her mind, I hope to have little to say. Youtube let me revive my account, after arm-twisting all day. Some hidden gems have just appeared and I now have more music to play.

They wouldn't let me change to instrupsychedemental. Have elsewhere.
I need fresh air.

-this next is the only of the 5 survivors on my channel un-played; memory fails but I'm guessing it's trippy; 272 views...more than I'd guessed

Impatience was making me annoyed at the Jays lack of offense. Took until bottom of 2nd to score, but hello.

Stinking Lizaveta is a [good] power trio from Philadelphia that plays heavy instrumental rock.
Thought I'd played some. They have less freaky trips I'll have to find, but this is on my progarchives list from some 10 years back, yet unzapped.

I've gotten desensitized to embarrassment, this year, so wtf.

Shit...fine...6-0 going to 3.

This my cheat. youtube only let me do 8, yesterday, due to my underling status.

K.I.S.S. rule and I just babble Blue Jays and over 8.5, but anybody can say that. Har har. Even at the jacked -171 and -119 I could have gotten +191 for same-teamer. Hindsight rocks.

ex: classic rock songs about hindsight

3 of 5 returned are unplayed and I'll bite. Others Wish You Were Here & Dust in the Wind, maybe stretches for 'hindsight' but most ideas are worth stretching.

8-1 thanks to Straw. Jays a needed distraction, bless them.

Milked all the enjoyment available out of the ballgame, I figure, so might go see what kind of Jamaican pow wow session I can muster up. One of them is kinda cute. More than kinda.

Just the old stoners. Debbie doesn't count as she's like a million, or something, too old for my tastes. No hot pants. Is that what they're called? Should be.

Need some good weighing out mushrooms music.
