Put these in overnight............

Houston/Detroit Over 8' (2x)
-This number is way too low in my opinion. Houston comes into tonight's game 8-3 to the over their last 11 games and start Spencer Arrighetti who has been a disaster so far this year checking in with an ERA of 6.38 overall and an atrocious ERA of 12.27 on the road. Tonight, he faces a Detroit club who is 39-24 at home and averages an scores 4.89 per game and is hitting .260! Meanwhile, the Tigers start Jack Flaherty who has a 4.76 ERA overall this season and has been knocked around in his last two starts, giving up 10 ER's on 16 hits in just 9 IP for an ERA of 10.00! Finally, the Tigers are 9-0-1 to the Over in their last 10 home games. Play Houston/Detroit over the total.

Edit: to make 2x play

-The O's come into tonight's game vs Boston winners of 4 of 5 and start LHP Trevor Rogers who has been red hot in his last 5 games going 4-1 with an anemic ERA of just 1.32, with his only loss being a 1-0 shutout on the road to the Cubs where he gave up 1 ER on 4 hits and 8 K's in 8 IP. Meanwhile, Boston is just 4-6 it's last 10 and start RHP Dustin May who has an ERA of 4.87 on the year between the Dodgers and Boston and has an ERA of 5.47 his last 5. May is one one of my favorite go-against pitchers and I like the O's in this one at a nice underdog price.

Pittsburgh -112
-Pittsburgh is a nice 34-29 on the year and start RHP Paul Skenes who has an Excellent 2.13 ERA on the year and a 1.70 ERA at home. He is 3-2 in his last 3 starts, but looking further, his 2 losses were against a red-hot and streaking Brewers club and his first start at Coors Field. In his 3 wins, he has allowed 0 ER's on 13 hits, 23 K's and 0 home runs in 18 IP. He also has the advantage of never facing Toronto in his career. Meanwhile, the Blue Jays have a very mediorce record of just 31-31 on the year. They start Kevin Gausman who is just 8-9 on the year with an ERA of 3.79 ERA. He is 0-3 vs the Pirates in his career giving up 11 runs on 18 hits in 15 IP for an ERA of 6.60! Look for Skenes to rebound tonight at home. Play Pittsburgh..........

Please check back later for additional play.............

G/L to all............

San Diego -140
-The Padres return home after a brutal 3-game sweep to the Dodgers on the road and are most likely pissed off. San Diego has a very nice record at home at 38-20. Tonight they start "Nasty" Nestor Cortez who has been excellent since his trade to the Pads, with SD going 2-0 in his starts. On top of that, the Padres have the best bullpen (statisically) in the majors. If Cortez can go at least 5 IP, this is a huge advantage. The Giants, meanwhile, are on a 1-7 slide and they can't hit lefties coming in with a batting average of only .209! In addition, Cortez is 2-0 vs the giants in his last 2 starts against them. The Giants start LHP Robbie Ray who lost his last start (to the Padres) giving up 4 runs in 6 IP.

junior, you're having a season to remember, and i've managed to incorporate tailing you into a damn fine season myself. nothing better than seeing one of the original madjack's clan set the books on fire! i know how much work it takes to crunch all those stats that go into your plays, and i for one appreciate the hell out of it. :smilies8
