-Philadelphia broke out of it's "mini-slump" in a big way last night with a 19-4 destruction of the Braves to run their home record to 43-22. The Braves, on the otherhand have a dismal record of 28-40 on the road, for a money-burning -$2661! Tonight, the Phillies start LHP Ranger Suarez who is a nice 10-6 on the year with an ERA of 3.07. He has a record of 5-2 at home and an excellent record of 6-2 with a 2.54 ERA at night. His last won his last 2 starts (both at home) giving up just 2 ER's on 7 hits, 0 walks, in 13 2/3IP for an ERA of 1.32 and 22 K's! He has already beaten the Braves twice this year, giving up 1 ER on 8 hits and 16 k's in 13 IP! In addition, the Braves hit only .237 vs lefties. Meanwhile, the Braves start RHP Bryce Elder who has a 5-9 record on the year with a 6.12 ERA and a 6.72 ERA at night! In addition, he is 0-3 lifetime vs the Phillies, giving up 9 ER's on 8 hits, 4 BB's and 3 HR's in just TWO IP. Play the Phillies on the run line...........

Washington comes into tonight's game with Tampa Bay losers of 5-straight and scoring only 12 runs during this span, an average of only 2.4 runs per game and are facing Rays' RHP Adrian Houser who is a nice 7-4 with a 2.88 ERA on the year. Meanwhile, the Nats start one of the worst pitchers in the league in LHP Mitchell Parker, who has a terrible record of 7-14 with an ERA of 6.01 on the year. He is not much better at home wit ha record of 5-7 and an ERA of 5.68 and is awful at night checking in at 5-10 with an ERA of 6.50! Furthermore, his current form is abominable, at 0-5 his last 5 starts with an ERA of 12.00, being outscored 47-27 during this span with all 15 of the Nats losses in which Parker started being by more than 2 runs! -Miami comes into tonight's game 8-0-2 to the Over its last 10 games and start RHP Eury Perez who depite having a decent record is not so good on the road wit ha 4.42 and an ERA of 5.63 at night! Perez himself has gone over the total in 4-straight starts and in his only start vs the Mets, the game flew way over the total. In addition, in their last 6 games, the Mets have scored 53 runs (an average of 8.83 runs per game) and have gone over the total of 8 in 8 of their last 10 games! Meanwhile, the Mets start RHP Jonah Tong who is making his major league debut tonight and should have nerves up the ying-yang! Play Miami/NY Met to go over the total of 8...........
