Definitely should have been in besides James Madison or Tulane

ND still has a very inflated sense of their "brand", so they refuse to join a conference. they like keeping all that sweet playoff money for themselves. and they have the nerve to rip their conference in most other sports.

to summarize... "We won't join you in football, because we are greedy fucks. But we still expect you to support our football team making the playoffs."
