I play bowls less and less each year. There are 10-12 that i get really involved in but…

I’m going to age myself here but the bowls used to be such either:

1. An extension of late momentum and an exclamation point to a great 2nd half, or

2. A reminder of pre-season potential for underachieving teams

Its just not that anymore… maybe a little bit of the first at times but it’s gotten harder to know what teams give a chit and the personnel actually on the field. It used to be more about math and knowing your numbers and relative team values provided an edge. That still is the case but to a far lesser degree.

Not patronizing cause of the record you posted but fbs was once my fav sport to bet, its a distant third behind ncaab and mlb now
