Is reminding me of why baseball sucks now. The best hitters on the planet, and they're incapable of getting a hit with runners on base. 7th inning, down 1, runners on 2nd and 3rd with one out... and Tatis and Marte are swinging for the fences. When a single gives you the lead.

13 runners left on base so far. All 3 runs on solo HRs. So exciting.

But baseball players are the greatest athletes in the world, that is why they get paid so much....they deserve it.

Skenes and Miller are the only two that I'd put in that category, and Skenes did not have his best stuff. He couldn't put batters away like he usually does.

It was just terrible hitting. Trying to hit HRs when down 1 with men on second and third is idiotic.

Colon could run a marathon and then pitch 9 innings all on the same day......baseball players are the friggen best.
