HE was brilliant during spring training, throwing 5 inning in his last spring start, giving up 1 hit and 0 runs. Meanwhile, Giants pitcher Landen Roupp is 0-2 career vs San Diego with a 4.88 ERA.

-See above writeup for details on pitchers. Both of these teams have had trouble scoring runs to start the season, with San Diego scoring 7 runs in 3 games and San Francisco scoring 1 run in 3 games. This total is about 1-1.5 pts too low.

didn't have time to do a writeup on Chris Paddack's terrible stats (an ERA around 6 the last 3 years) but he gives up 8 runs on 8 hits including a grand slam in 4 IP. Need 1 more run in the 4th inning

Last year, the WS were a scoring machine. Their record wasn't all that great, but at times, they lit up the scoreboard, which they seem to be carrying on this year as well. Take a look at CWS TT overs as the year goes forward.

3-2 tonight for -1.34u - first losing day of the year. All my 1x plays won, all my 2x plays lost

I was pretty happy with my handicapping, winning 60% with the key turnaround being Ranger Suarez losing the FIRST game of his career in March/April and Lance McCullers pitching like it was 2021. I'd make the same play again on Boston, this one just didn't work out.........But, that's baseball........

Don't be tough on yourself for a break even day. It's baseball and none of us have a gun to our heads forcing us to take your plays. I will say your write ups help influence myself a lot. You are as solid as anyone at capping these games in multiple sports.
