    Just made an apple galette

    No recipe I just used 2 honey crisp apples some sugar, cinammon, about a Tbl spoon of flour and a pinch of salt. Rolled out a basic pie dough, put apple mixture in the middle and dotted with butter. Fold up the sides of the dough and bake at 375 for about 40 mins.

    This is one of the best recipes I've tried and if you like it cheesey you'll like this one. 8 oz. elbows cooked el dente. Preheat oven to 350. 3 Tbl butter 1/4 cu. flour 1/2 teas salt 1/2 teas dry mustard 1/4 teas pepper 2 1/2 cu. milk (you can use 2%) 2 cu chedder gheese (I used xtra sharp)...

    Local guy and Olympic gold medal winner in 1984. He was a great guy that gave back alot to the community. He'll be missed.

    Monday Toasted cheese on whole wheat. Vegetarian beans. Spinach salad. Thurs Whole wheat cheese pizza w/flaxseed Chopped lettuce Apple Friday String cheese stick Flour tortilla saesoned corn Has anyone ever ordered flaxseed on their pizza???? :facepalm:
