    It's not economics. Missed cancer diagnosis. Missed heart conditions. Depression/suicide increases. Previous history in the US and other countries have shown that recessions increase the death rate. It's not about hoarding cash, it's about saving more people in the long term.

    I just find it hard to believe he's dead. If kidnappers kill their ransom victims they stop getting their ransoms. If it was a true ransom situation I'd expect him to be released. If he is indeed "dead" I would wager it's staged. A little plastic surgery and new passports and a new life.
