    Nissan Open Outright refunds?

    I know WSEX gave refunds on outrights for the Nissan Open, and believe others mentioned that 5Dimes did also...any others? Some of the rules were ambigous since the tournament wasn't considered official by the PGA Tour but did go 36 holes.

    Who else offers place betting besides Olympic?

    I was wondering what other books offer Top 4 or Top 5 wagering in tourneys. Also if you bet someone for Top 4 and there is a 3 way tie for 4th are the first 3 finishers paid at their full place odds, and then the 3 way tie paid at 1/3 odds? Thanks.
