    I remember reading about this YEARS ago. Some stupid exec decided to rule by fear saying if you don't open X new accounts per month, you're canned. Employees cannot control that. It's stupid to put out that rule. I hope that exec who approved all this gets what's coming to him.

    This is an issue I have with tipping as well. Same service, different price, different tip. I hear some restauarnts are banning tipping altogether and paying a base salary with benefits and shares in the restauarant and they're doubling their profits. I think that's the way things are going...
