Located in Neuschwanstein, Germany built on top of a mountain over looking the town and lake in the mid eighteen hundreds. The inside was amazing and when you look out the top floor, you can see his parents castle on the other side of town just a 1/2 mile away. His name was Ludwig II. I will answer any questions you guys have about Germany, Austria, Italy and the Czech, Republic which was my favorite place of all if you want to know anything for future vacations.

Did you visit the HB House in Munchen?

was not a big Munich fan as my wife picked two 5 star hotels she wanted to stay at 500 per night. One "the Charles was beautiful and very nice the first one was not a winner at all for the price. And it cost us 80.00 taxi fair to go from the airport to downtown area where the flower gardens' were beautiful.

yup Italy

yup Italy

My X wife and I traveled all through Germany, Austria, Italy and France by car when we were much younger. I still have the memories of that, it's was amazing.

I loved Venice, but i lost my wallet 15 minutes after i rode in a gondola ride, so that hurt, cancelled my debit card and lost my drivers license but only needed the passport anyways when over seas.

I don't carry a wallet when I travel abroad. My wallet contains Costco cards, various IDs, insurance cards and a slew of other stuff I don't need on vaca. I bring an emergency credit card that I leave with my operators license in hotel room safe, then I bring cash, 1 credit card and debit card on my person.

I assume you have been to Prague since you liked Czech Republic. Great city. There's nothing close to Prague in Poland

Praha is awesome. I bought some great Marijuana at the first bar I entered and that stroke of luck set the tone for a memorable weekend. Such a visually stunning city. I need to get back there

You fellas need to get to spain. Rent a car and drive parador to parador. Paradors are state sponsored hotels, many of which extremely high quality, and reasonably priced. Last trip we stayed at the parador in Leon and Santiago on way back to Madrid from my dad's hometown. ..Porto do Son, on the Atlantic coast just north of Portugal.

Liked it so much I am thinking about buying a place there to live upstairs for 3 months a year and rent the downstairs yearlong and let the full time person rent on commission the upstairs which will be furnished while I am gone.

we had duck with wine and filet of beef with wine, a desert and the total bill was 16.00 I did a double take. It was by far the best place for your money of everywhere I went.

quite well in the Bavarian area's, and there is so much tourist now that almost every hotel has at least one person who speaks English. English to Germans is easy to learn as many words sound a like.

I have been all over Europe having been lucky enough to work for an airline for 24 years and Prague is still the prettiest city I've ever seen. Women are stunning as well.

My wife and I were there about 8 years ago. Pretty cool. We were in Munich also, but did not spend alot of time there. We were there for Oktoberfest, so that was an experience. Did you visit The Eagles Nest at all while you were there?
