My local offer 10pt 3 teams Teaser on GB/HOU this is first I heard of, do you guys think this is a sucker bet?

This is the combination I came up with for GB -3/49.5...basicly the third team is a middle of the score or total.

GB+7 / OV39.5 / UN59.5
GB+7 / HOU+13 /OV39.5
GB+7 / HOU+13 / UN59.5
HOU+13 / OV39.5 / UN59.5

Anyone have any other combination or is it worth playing? Thanks for all your help.
