Eastern is terrible, they have been a guard-oriented team the last few years with Kyle Hill and Domercant. Domercant is gone and they have nothing left. UIC is the only 20-win team from last season to return all 5 starters, so they could/should be in mid-season form early on. 11 is a lot, but if it dips below double-digits, which I have seen elsewhere, I would hop on UIC, just my 2 cents.
