Arizona(+6) over Carolina (1*)
I?ve seen the cases for both teams well stated:
For Carolina . . .
?(The Cards) dropped 4 of there last 6. The Cards have zero running game and an inexperienced qb . . . the Panther defense is finally clicking, they have allowed just one 100 yd rusher in its last 7 games and have racked up 17 sacks in the last month alone . . . after playing back to back games vs the Seahawks and 49ers and now playing in there 5th road game in the last 6 weeks I like the hotter healthier team to advance.?
For Arizona . . .
?Carolina has a 4 game winning streak against 3 teams that mailed it in for the year (Browns, Bucs ans Saints) and then they did finish with an impressive win against an Atlanta team that was flat out exhausted . . . This marks week #3 for QB Lindley, who cracked 300 yards against a real good 49er defense last week. He is getting better every week, but must lower the interceptions , and that was a major focus in practice this week . . . Cards are 8-3 ATS as a dog this year . . . Panthers are 1-5-1 (ATS and/or SU?) against teams with a winning record this year."
I just don?t see the 2013 and 2014 Arizona Cardinals regime coming in as an easy playoff out for these Panthers . . . FWIW, which is consistent with the team I've been following, the relaxed and confident live dog Cardinals are visualizing wearing whatever might be their winning tee shirts back on the plane.
