I already put this 3-teamer in for next weekend as I like the numbers as they stand right now (I expect Browns and Ravens lines to move) :

Ravens +14.5
Browns +3.5
Colts+1

I know it may be a little square taking all the teams that need to win, BUT. After watching what the KC defense did to the Chargers you have to like the Ravens defense in this match up. I have huge concerns about their offense now that they are finally playing a decent defense, but they will pressure Rivers all game long, and unlike KC, they have defensive backs that can cover. I expect this to be a close game. The Browns are the hot team and they will take care of business at home against a poor Cincinnati team. Same with the Colts as the Giants came back to earth this weekend. I think the Colt line is inflated based on this weekend but I am comfortable with the Colts winning.

The Ravens game is very reminiscent of the last Ravens Super Bowl year when they had to go into SD and win. They got a miracle 4th and long conversion on a short pass to Ray Rice that propelled them to the Super Bowl. Not saying that will happen again, but they are in the exact same situation this year. Maybe a miracle Lamar Jackson run at some point for the win??? I think the Ravens have been as conservative as they can with Jackson, and the schedule was perfect for them to do so, but he is going to have to start throwing it down the field to beat good teams. I think you will see more of that in the game plan this week. Also may see some Flacco this week.

Okay, one last square play (6.5 point 2-teamer):

Dallas -.5
Cleveland Ev

Have to think Dallas will bounce back after sucking it up on the road. I am not a big Prescott fan, but they should be able to run the ball very effectively and TB will turn it over a couple times to help them out.

Wow, Cleveland line up to 9.5 from 6.5. First time since 2007 they were favored by this much. Love my teaser plays, but I do not think I could ever lay that much with them.

Live dogs for the week:

SF +172
SEA +125
OAK +134
Pitt +207

I have not played any of these yet for ML parlays because I have to see what happens on Saturday night. I think Pitt's effort will be somewhat dependent on what happens in the Ravens game since they have Cincy at home for their last game. Just think they will be much more motivated if the Ravens win. New Orleans is having some issues on offense and I think Pitt can stop the run which is the key to beating the Saints.

Let down game for the Bears. Last game in Oakland for the Raiders. Seattle at home versus a Chiefs team that I think is just bad on defense.

A three teamer to give me a little action tomorrow:

TN Pk
Pitt +16.5
Seattle +12.5

I do not trust TN at all, but I do not see them losing this one.

I am not happy at all about the Ravens extending Harbaugh. Management appears to think this will provide extra motivation for his team tomorrow night. I am more of the opinion that this will backfire on them and the fans will be even more pissed if they lose in SD. Only time will tell, but for now I am more pro San Diego than I have been all week.

It is a gamble by Biscotti in my opinion. If they win he looks great, but if they lose their last 2 and finish 8-8 he looks like a massive fool and loses even more of his fan base. The real question is why now? How does waiting hurt you? All this does to me is take the pressure off Harbaugh which simply makes no sense. I do not think making this move now changes the player motivation at all.

Need Seattle for the sweep!!

I will enjoy my week with the Ravens in first place before I start to worry about the Ravens losing to the Browns. I know this sounds crazy, but I think the Ravens go to the Super Bowl IF they can beat the Browns (and I am not an optimist!). I will be more concerned about the Browns than any playoff game.

As much as I give Harbaugh shit, I think Tomlin may have made the worse decision of the season. Romo calls it gutsy, I call it stupid with your season on the line. He's lucky he is in Pittsburgh, because with a lot of teams that call could cost him his job.

Couldn't agree more. Tomlin is a fucking idiot. Cannot comprehend thought process where that is a good call. Make them go 90 yards to beat you.

I think Baltimore will be a TD favorite at home. I certainly do not think this will be an easy game for them given how Cleveland is playing. Will be looking to get Cleveland over 7 for teasers. I think the Steeler line will be through the roof and un-bettable. Despite their performance today, I will likely be looking to tease Indy at home again.
