been going bk n forth on the Lions @ 49ers game tonight.. I'm seeing 80% on Lions... nobody really talking about the ov/un
1) Lions do Not NEED to win tonight's game to get #1 NFC seed, they NEED to win next Sunday night's gm vs Vikings (winner will get #1)
SF is out of the playoffs whether they win or lose tonight n next wk.. they've had disappointing season, would like to look good on nat'l tv at home.
2) SF is getting healthier late in the season (too late).... Lions missing many (half?) of their reg "starting" defense
3) Lions "want" to win revenge game after losing NFC championship gm @ SF last year.. at least their coach does fo sho!!
4) Purdy w/Deebo and Jennings and Kittle w/a lil bit of Piersall for SF... Goff w/Gibbs and Amon-Ra and LaPorta and Jameson are the weapons for Detroit.
Weather: around 51 degz w/slight breeze.. good fball weather.
What's the likely game play by Det?
only thing I can see Lions doing is their "normal" game plan, explosive creative offense
What's SF gonna do?
I'd guess they're gonna open things up too, as much as they got.
PROBLEM IS... maybe at some point in 2h, Det decides to take their studs outta the game.. dial it back and save it for next week.. maybe they do, I dunno.
SO.. My play is:
1st Half OVER 24.5 (3u)
SF +4 1u
LEANING --- SF tt OV 23.5 -- maybe both they n Lions (27.5) make it over..? I don't see a defensive game my self
I can be wrong sometimes
