Overs in 1st Q Philly games have been $$$$$ this year as they usually start out Hot.
In 21 Philly games this year 15 have gone OVER 48.5 pts in the 1st q.....philly games are avg 53 pts in the 1st q this yr.
Although Minn isnt a very high scoring team..i think this Hits tonight...smallish play though.
