2x Arkansas+2 Arkansas owes the Tiger's a whoopin'. Also, LSU has only played Centenary and Houston on the road, losing to Houston and scraping by the Gents. LSU did beat UAB on a neutral site, but it was in New Orleans. As most of you know, fayetville is a tough place for a frosh dominated team to open Conference play. LSU has nice young talent coming off of a very good recruiting class, but Ark will be ready and I look for a good effort from the hogs. This one could turn into a route.

as far as experience for both teams, it's really a wash because the Hawgs have just as much youth than the Tigers. In fact, Arkansas' top 3 scorers have a combined 2 years experience. It will be a tough venue for LSU at Fayetteville and the crowd should be a huge motivator in keeping the Hawgs in it but in the end I think the Tigers will have too much talent to lose this game.

I feel a little uneasy seeing so many Tiger fans going against their team. Should be a fun game to watch though! :toast:

Thx for the input, Monk. Ferguson, Modica and Brewer are young just as Bass, Minor and co. are for LSU, but this LSU team fell behind @ Houston 21-3 last week en route to an easy loss and barely got by Centenary in their only other road performace. LSU is deeper than Ark and should totally overmatch them inside. I feel that this LSU team has an opportunity to gel nicely throughout the season, but I wish that Brady had scheduled some tougher non-conference games to start the season. GL:weed:
