Cavs have come out scorinf in the 1st q in all 3 games so far...avg 32 pts in the 1st Q.
Cavs and opps this year have scored 54,53 and 60 in the first Q.
Tor and opps this yr have scored 53,46 and 60.
Also like SA/CHI OVER 45.5 1ST Q.
