Wazzu is playing for pride, and w/ Marcus Moore back and high off their huge win vs instate rival UW, I like the Cougs here. UCLA is in dismay and likely looking foward to the UW showdown on Sat to see who will get their A$$ handed to themby UofA in game 1 of the PAC-10 tourney. WAZZU BIG

Wow.

Not to bring up bad memories, but this card is nowhere near as strong as last Thursday with (ucla over OSU, UA ocer Cal and Stan over ASU).

Bad teams vs Bad teams.

Wazzu has not won a road game all year, that's ZERO but have won 2 straight at home (an accomplishment for them).

UW has not won a road pac-10 game all year and their game vs Ugly is all that matters this weekend.

SC has lost 6 straight but is still dangerous and athletic, although turnover prone and still needs 1 win to qualify for the Pac-10 tourney.

Ugly showed their true colors vs. Oregon Sat and shouldn't be laying dd points to anyone.

I'd probably lean toward both dogs, but not games of the year with these 4 crap teams. Tell me right now both games are 80-50 with any of the four winning and I'd believe it.

UA -22 over OSU. Kind of a large number for UA especially with Lute's buddy Jay John coaching on the other side. If I were to bet I'd probably take OSU with the points and hope the scrubs come in early for the UA and they win by 15-20. Scares me that the top teams all ROLLED at home yesterday by 30 or so.

ASU -4.5 over Oregon. ANother tough game. One would think that with Oregon being the usual gutless road team that they are that ASU would be the play. However Oregon is paying really good right now while ASU is playing a little below average. Both teams need this game, ASU more-so, but can they shoot from the outside????? Still pondering this game as I may take the over and hope that it becomes really up-tempo.

UW is as talented as USC... WSU is not as talented as UCLA but has the heart and grit to hang around most teams... in fact with research aside i think they have been ran out of the building only vs asu this year on the road in the pac... and thats a yearly occurance in that series now. I agree those 4 teams are crappy... but who says they have to be good to bet them? I love sheety teams playing each other in the pac... I like these two games even more than I did last night.. i wont be watching them... becsaue i will be at theasu game tongight.. but am fairly confifdent i will be getting an escolade with my winnings tonight!!!! Easy big fella... no need to rip on tempe.... although some parts are not very nice... its still 10 times the town tucsin is. When Lute leaves which will be 3 years away at least... watch U of A go back to its mediocre basketball program that it was pre-lute. (And dont come back with something about the asu program either because yes there is very little history, but its turning around)

let's be honest folks. isn't the entire state of arizona a dump minus scottsdale. i went to asu for a semester and couldn't take it. it's fine if you like beautiful women doped up on blow and meathead guys in their black pants and blackshirts. the institutions suck from an educational standpoint. smartest thing i ever did was get back to chicago for school. as far as i'm concerned mexico can have that state. i'm into a little something called class. arizona lacks it all together. us' toilet

Well I 100% agree w/ you on Scottsdale and the fact that there are a grip of hot chicks high on blow, and alot of dumb ass guys, but if you like the desert (which isn't neccesairly my fav) its a beautiful place. You can find nice areas and dumps all over AZ just like you can in every state/city in this country.

As far as UofA and ASU being shit schools, your wrong. Are they aren't CAL, Stanford, hell even some BigTen schools, no, but you can't say they are bad schools. Each have their own elite programs, and I am not sure about ASU but I know that the Princeton review rated UofA as like the 70th best school in the nation.

This is a handicapping forum, enough about the actaul institutions or the state, GL on your plays, and persoanlly I think Arizona is a great state!
