NYR - what a joke! How do you lose to a team that is starting a guy in nets for the first time and is without Kovalchuk and traded their captain Ferraro. NYR should donate their pay from this game to charity. Habs are playing with more desperation and heart than NYR ever will.

I am with ya on that one. Like Omar said before, give me a suitcase of cash and I would throw any game. Miss an open net here or take yourself out of the game with a stupid penalty.

he was hurting in warm ups, then took a shot off the mask and left the game. Looked like a problem with his jaw.
i watched that game last night.
Cassivi ROBBED them of about 6 goals in the second. and i mean absolutely ROBBED them! he was definately in the zone last night for his big debut!
and Richter took 2 shots to the melon. the second one a fast rising deflection that beaned him squarely in the melon somewhere between his right eye and right ear.
i don't believe there was a fix in.
NYR just fluffed away the first period. got robbed in the second many times. and was too frustrated as individuals to play as a team in the third.
