1)ravens-2.....don`t like playing my home team,but,i think this number is more than fair......ravens are 11-0 su and ats as non-div home favorites since "98"......anthony wright is a stiff....offensive coordinator matt cavanaugh`s a stiff....but i think that jamal lewis and chester taylor will have a big day here.....

lewis has taken quite a bit of heat for fumbling in o.t. and costing the ravens the miami game....the ravens are very pissed about throwing away 2 road games they should have won (the rams and the dolphins)......

seattle is a poor road club.... and they are 1-2 ats vs top 10 defenses and all 3 were at home...an advantage they won`t have here...

the main reason is the situation....seattle coming off a walkover vs a soft detroit club at home....traveling cross country to see the ravens coming off 2 road games they absolutely should have won....and they aren`t happy....

not a bag shot...seattle`s offense is very strong and balanced...but i have to side with the defense at home off back to back losses....this defense is beginning to look reminiscent of the 2000 super bowl team......we all saw the ram game...they couldn`t do squat...miami was lucky to score 6 points in regulation time...turnovers gave `em the points...

tied with cincy for the division....very important ballgame... i expect the ravens will be focused...

but,that qb/receiver situation is pathetic...still, only-2...i think they`ll get it done...

2)teaser...chiefs-5 and vikings-4.5...hate teasing......hate teasing favorites even more.....but,here goes.....both coming off road losses......the raiders and mirer might be able to hang at home with the refs and the turnovers keeping them afloat.....but,k.c. is coming off their first loss...i`d be concerned about some teams in this situation....not a vermeil coached club...and the raiders are a bit dinged up at running back....not to mention the steroid scandal.....chiefs will be focused for their inter-division rival....and mirer is mirer....he`s terrible...oakland 0-5 su and ats on the road this year...

the vikings have looked horrible.....but,here comes the cure....if the vikes offense can`t get healthy here,well they deserve,as well as myself,to lose....

culpepper was totally embarrassed last week.....i expect him to be very,very focused.....

detroit`s secondary is banged up.....minny struggles against strong ground games....they won`t have that problem here......detroit has virtually no effective ground game(90 ypg).....

big home win to get minny back on track....4.5 isn`t to much to ask....

considering teasing the ravens with this in another 9 point teaser....

also....have been ogling arizona +7 at home vs st lou....now it hit 8 at 5 dimes.......o.k....i`ll bite....the cards +8 at home.....

GW, Balt is as solid as it gets, absolutely manhandled St. Lou,
won't even bring up officials, then go on the road AGAIN to a
team that either won or left town without packing their bags,
seahags on the other hand a solid team at home but don't
pack their jock straps on the road, walking into a hornets nest,
and I mean a bunch of pissed off yellow jackets. you ever had
a bunch of yellow jackets chasing your ass, you had the fear of
GOD running up your spine did'nt you. This game could be EASY.

Face it, when the Vikes were hot, they were scoring tons of points at home. If Minn shows up big on Sunday, this game goes over in the 3rd quarter.

Minn will have to score a lot of points to over the spread. Like chances of getting over 47 more much better than laying 10`

parlay, and don't tell me what a fool I am cause I enjoy the hell
out of it and it aint no big deal in the billfold....I try to pick 4
college and 4 NFL but sometimes 5/3 one way or the other and
mix a total in every once in a while....so far this week I have

Am liking Purdue and Northwestern and Wisky, why I'm on Big
10 teams I don't know, also like NCST, Auburn ML if can get it.

Keep in mind that we are now past the easier and more predictable portion of the NFL. Now that certain teams are really out of the hunt, we start getting teams going for it on 4th and long from their own ends of the field. (Nothing to lose) But in answer to your question, the Ravens game alone, confirms why they play the games, and YES the NFL is WEIRD. LOL!!
