Tulsa -4 They are much better than record very close losses had a chance to win. Houston quit last week coach said they ran out of gas at halftime. High expectations now not even bowl eligible. Tulsa much more motivated against houston team going thru motions. Liberty +16 in state match up this is their bowl game. Their qb very good 22 TDs without a pick only 3 picks all year which were early. They can score also give up alot but they catch virginia with their rival on deck next week. Virginia could get caught looking ahead to next week and I dont see them being very motivated against liberty. Upset alert take the points.
