Thought I remembered someone saying they may have a GOY ... looking forward to seeing what it is.

maryland (-6.5) over wake forest
have had excellent success on 5 unit plays over the past 4 years in both college hoops and football. last 5 unit play was boston college over toledo in the motor city bowl. take this play and do with it as you wish. play it, fade it, or pass altogether. 9-1 all-time with these strong plays. no guarantees or extra hype from this end. gl to all tomorrow.

Wouldn't count on this game or the George Washington Game being played today. It's expected that up to 2 feet of snow will fall between today and tomorrow am. I'm about 30 miles from UMd and GWU and it's coming down real hard...by gametime of the Terps it might be a foot of snow. They often call games off when no one can get to them..and that will be most likely the case tonight....

here's a question..say the two feet of snow is there, but they don't call of the game...does it affect the goy status?

I'm a UMd fan and would love to put a bundle on this GOY...but I'm going to have to look elsewhere for games to play today I'm afraid. I'd be real surprised if they play this one. I'm just trying to alert cappers that this one most likelywon't be on the board...it's called sharing info.

well...if the game is played but the arena is empty, therefore negating the distinct homecourt advantage, then it might have an effect on the outcome, which may or may not affect goy status...but that's gman2's call, doncha think?...gl, caper
