Lots of roster changes in the off-season and a few new big money makers but not much to do about anything as not many teams bolstered themselves in the off-season except the Phils, Yankees, Cubs and Brewers.

CLEVELAND Over 90 1/2, -130, projecting 94
KC Under 70 1/2, -140, they won 58 LY?
LAA Under 83 1/2, -105, 80 wins LY with new HC and no pitching
LAD Under 93 1/2, -130, too many injuries will come to surface and not much depth
MIAMI Under 63 1/2, -130, young team with not much chemistry
MILWAUKEE Over 86 1/2, -110, had 96 wins LY and decent offense, Bullpen is decent
YANKEES Over 96 1/2, -130, had 100 wins LY, lineup could be fierce, Bullpen solid
RANGERS Under 71 1/2, -125, had 67 wins LY, seems likely again w/no pitching and holes in lineup
WASHINGTON Under 89, -105, had 82 wins LY, lost Harper but didn't help their starting pitching, MAX is left though
