Local book just started having these lines, was wondering if anybody else has ever seen/heard of this. Basically you are throwing overtime out the window and betting the result at the end of regulation, which is interesting because you can bet on a tie and from what I've seen so far most ties are +$320 and up! The other bonus to these lines is the teams are at a better (or is that bettor) price. Example from the other night: CAL +170 VAN E, TIE +320, the normal $$ line on this game was CAL +120 VAN-140. Obviously if the game goes into OT you lose if you did not bet on a tie. Any opinions on this?
