a quick kick to the chest would have sent the little s.o.b. flying....
the cop showed more restraint than i would have...could have gotten the cop killed...
this won`t seem so cute if that criminal ends up hurting or killing somebody else....

Where do you get the inference that someone thinks its cute?

i wonder if the woman`s intent was for the child to interfere with the officer?....if that`s the case,that has to be considered child endangerment....
