Nick,

Good luck today in your 1st MLB play. I was wanting to ask you this in an email, but I forgot: Do you play runlines on underdogs also or just strictly moneylines? Much like the +.5 in NHL the payout isn't as good but you don't have to win. I know you mentioned you had up's and down's in NHL when deciding between the moneyline and the +.5. By no means am I suggesting you take PIT at +1.5 today just want to know if you ever use them. Thanks!

Personally, I have only played one runline ever and it was a dog and it lost. My whole thing is this: I like it when my team's motivation is the same as mine. It is a psychological thing when I am handicapping. Maybe taking +1 1/2 is the better play on PIT today but for me, I like to just have to worry about the win.

Nick, I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on PITT today. I'm just not seeing it happen on paper.

Thanks and GL today

Like the matchup of a power lefty against a lineup with guys that have struggled in the past vs. lefties. Love the defense up the middle in PIT. Bucs have the better bullpen as well.

Thanks for the reply Nick. I don't know that the runline play is the better play today, I just never knew if you used them. Good luck this season!
