4-5 on the day and lost the Yankees for 3* as Darren Oliver threw a decent game for the BoSox to my surprise. All 4 dogs came out losers but rookie P Josh Beckett did pitch well again only to be shut out by the phenominal Maddux. Forecast is damp, rainy and wet in the Northeast today so weather may be a factor in capping todays games.

That bum Oliver did it to me as well. The Rangers finally got rid of him and I nearly peed my pants. I know that he fairs well against the yankees, but last night NYY was the pick that didn't click. Oh well. Look for you to have a good day today.

Phillies ?160 ? 2* ? As many have stated in other threads, Person is solid at home and I think the Phils get this one after the pen blew last nights game.

Red Sox ?130 ? 2* ? I?ll take a shot at Pedro at this price. He has been hurting but he should be up for the Yankees today. I know Wells has pitched very well too but I think Pedro and the Sox get the best of him today.

Indians ?175 ? 3* ? I like this kid Ryan Drese and the Indians are a much better ball club playing very well at the moment.

White Sox/Orioles under 9.5 ... 2*

I must give that Fogg pitcher for the Pirates credit ... he has beaten me twice this week and pitched very solid both times. Got lucky that the Bosox came back after Pedro pitched poorly again. He must be hurting so I will not be wagering on hm in hte near future. Hopefully, the Indians can win their game which was tied in the bottom of the 9th when I last checked score.

Most likely the last 2 I add today, although I may increase the Phillies to 4* if the Indians lose.
